Re: Closure of Bath Street Medical Centre and Merger with Coseley Medical Centre

Following our recent public conversation regarding the proposed merger between Bath Street and Coseley Medical Centre and the closure of Bath Street, we are writing to provide you with an update. The Black Country Integrated Care Board, who are responsible for considering the information provided and making a final decision, has accepted our proposal in full.

Bath Street Medical Centre will officially close on 31st October 2025. From that date onwards, all patients registered at Bath Street will be cared for at Coseley Medical Centre.

We understand that changes to your healthcare can be concerning, and we want to assure you that Coseley Medical Centre has been staffed to be able to accommodate the increased patient list size and your access to the surgery will be unchanged.
